Future Cable Electronics, LLC. offers a 1-year Warranty on most of our products (For more information on which products qualify please contact Customer Service 847-910-0261). This warranty is not valid if any label is removed or if the battery pack has been opened, modified, improperly charged, improperly installed, neglected, overcharged or misused in anyway. This warranty does not cover batteries that have been subjected to "memory effect" (due to insufficient conditioning) overcharging or other abuse and misuse.

All requests for warranty returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase and be made via an RMA authorized by Future Cable Electronics, LLC.
We will provide you with the information on how to return product to the manufacturer when a RMA is requested. Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted or refunded, and may be refused when received.  We reserve the right to test any battery prior to issuing a new replacement or refund.

Returns

In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

No partial returns will be accepted. The original packing slip must be included and the RMA number visible on the package. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund. 

1. All returned merchandise must be returned in the same new condition in which it was originally received within thirty (30) days, with all accompanying original packaging. Any item after thirty (30) days is covered under the products warranty. Any items returned used, damaged in any way or with missing components will not be refunded.

2. All returns must be authorized by Future Cable Electronics, LLC. Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted or refunded, and may be refused when received.

3. Authorized returns for merchandise in original boxes and in new condition are subject to a 15% restocking charge if after the thirty (30) day return policy. No returns are accepted on custom or special order items.

4. All returns must be made within thirty (30) days after the date of the shipment for full refund of the item purchased: shipping and handling charges are not refunded. After thirty (30) days everything falls under the products warranty.

5. All authorized returns will be fully refunded for the cost of the product minus 15%, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

When necessary to return a product, please contact rma@FutureCableElectronics.com prior to doing so.

All returns, regardless of how they were shipped or where they were shipped must have an RMA Number (Returned Merchandise Authorization Number).

Due to the fact that we process hundreds of orders weekly, items returned without an RMA number may be set aside until we hear from the customer.

When you contact us via rma@FutureCableElectronics.com requesting an RMA to return a product, we will either issue the RMA at that time, or contact the customer through the email provided with the RMA number.

Non Defective Battery: Returns can be accepted within 30 days from receiving the item. All returns must be authorized by Future Cable Electronics, LLC. Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted or refunded, and may be refused when received.  All Non Defective Battery returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Defective Battery: Once the product has been received at our warehouse, it will be inspected and the customer will be credited for the returned product if it is within the thirty (30) days, after the thirty (30) days, the warranty takes over and a replacement will be shipped out or a Store Credit will be given. Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted or refunded, and may be refused when received.

UPS delivery times are guaranteed by UPS. These guarantees do not cover delays due to natural disasters, or weather. We are not responsible for UPS delays. The US Post Office does not guarantee their delivery times.

IMPORTANT:

-Packages returned without the RMA number will not be replaced and no credit will be issued.

- Future Cable Electronics, LLC. will refund the original purchase price of the product only. Shipping and handling, are not refundable.

-After thirty (30) days, every product is covered under warranty. Future Cable Electronics, LLC., does not refund shipping cost, in any circumstances, to send the battery back after the thirty (30) day period. Shipping cost to return the battery is up to the customer, Future Cable Electronics, LLC. will only pay to ship out the replacement product. THE SERVICE AND THE MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED BY Future Cable Electronics, LLC.. ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, AND Future Cable Electronics, LLC. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE OR ANY MATERIALS AND PRODUCTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL Future Cable Electronics, LLC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE, THE MATERIALS AND THE PRODUCTS.

In no event will Future Cable Electronics, LLC. or its affiliates, licensors, employees, agents or contractors be liable to you for any damages or losses, including without limitation indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages resulting from or caused by Future Cable Electronics, LLC. any public posting bulletin boards it may have, its content or any errors or missions in its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You hereby acknowledge that any reliance upon any Materials shall be at your sole risk. Future Cable Electronics, LLC. reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without any obligation, to make improvements to, or correct any error or missions in any portion of the Service or the Materials.
